→ Do you do your work in house, or outsource to others?
That is a great question!In short… Yes we do all our work in house in our own showroom and our very own manufacturing facility. We could try to describe the process, but we thought instead of simply reading about it, you would like to view the process yourself and see exactly what we do!

→ How much will a retractable awning cost?

Every awning is custom-made to the customers specifications, backed by an extensive factory warranty and our own installation warranty. With our free on-site solar evaluation, we can give you an accurate estimate on various options to solve your sun problems.

→ Are there any discounts or promotions available?

→ How long will it take to have my new retractable awning?
In most cases, we can install a new custom-made retractable awning in 4 weeks from the date of order. Any electrical work required (after the awning is installed) may take several days longer.
→ Who will install my awning?
We employ our own installers and service technicians, who are educated and highly experienced in the process of awning installations for residential and commercial projects. They will demonstrate the proper use and care for your awning and support all manufacturer & company warranties. Plus, they are really great guys too!
→ If I purchase a motorized awning, will I need an electrician?
Depending on the model of awning and type of electrical installation you choose (hardwire switch, remote control, or plug-in) a NJ licensed electrician may be required to make the proper installation. Awning Design partners with several area licensed electrical contractors and will guide you in this process. You may use your own NJ licensed electrician as well.
→ What size awning is right for my home?
Awning Design offers a free on-site analysis of your sun affected area for retractable, stationary, window & door awnings or solar screens. This is the best way to properly evaluate your needs and provide solutions which will solve your sun related problems. You can't get that from a phone quote. Call us today for an appointment.
→ Are retractable awnings all you do?
No. We are a full service awning company providing all types of custom awning fabrications for both residential and commercial applications. These include; deck & patio canopies, cabanas, window & door awnings, decorative & awning signage available in various shapes, fabrics and frame styles.
→ Do you repair awnings?
Yes. We specialize in recovering damaged or worn-out awnings and when necessary replace frames or broken components. A free on-site evaluation will be required to determine the correct course of action.
→ What about servicing our existing or new awning?
Awning Design provides service programs including: seasonal put-up and take-downs of canopy awnings, winter covers for retractable awnings and any adjustments your awning may require. Call our Service Coordinator for further details, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
→ Do you have actual awning samples? When are you open?
Our Freehold showroom is filled with full-size awning samples you can see and operate, along with fabric books to make your selection process easy. Please refer to the contact us tab for our current showroom hours. Of course, we will always come to you.
→ When can on-site appointments be arranged?
Our awning consultants are available daily, evenings and weekends. Contact the showroom for a convenient on-time visit.
→ How can I pay for your products and services?
We accept all major credit cards or your personal check. Cash is good too!
